Bianchi Golden Shrimps
Sustainable, natural, extensive, unique

Bianchi’s Golden Shrimps are extensively reared* in the natural mangrove forests of Vietnam.
*Extensive: Low stocking density and no supplementary feeding. Only naturally occurring feed organisms serve as nourishment.
The Black Tiger larvae are released into the mangroves and thrive in harmony with nature without further intervention.

The Mekong Delta provides the Golden Shrimps with fresh, nutrient-rich water. Everything our Black Tiger prawns need to grow is supplied by the mangrove forests.
Thus, the Golden Shrimps are completely free from feed additives, chemicals, and medications. The animals make their natural way through the mangrove forests and are sustainably harvested only in conjunction with the ebb and flow of the tides.

Pristine mangrove forests are crucial for the low ecological footprint and the outstanding quality of Bianchi’s „Golden Shrimps“.
The Black Tiger prawns are brought to the nearby processing factory immediately after being caught. With Bianchi Golden Shrimps, we guarantee the highest quality standards, freshness, and food safety, as well as continuous traceability.

Their exceptional freshness and production methods in harmony with nature make our Golden Shrimps truly special.

We have been operating with our own office in Vietnam since 2006 to meet our quality criteria. This ensures that the strict Bianchi guidelines are implemented from fishing to production and shipping of our popular Bianchi Golden Shrimps. We only purchase directly „from the farm“ and import the Golden Shrimps completely independently. Our local presence and direct purchasing allow us to offer an unparalleled product in the Swiss market.

Since 2016, our Golden Shrimps have also been ASC certified. This way, our customers receive what they were promised: Golden Shrimps of the best quality.

„Golden Shrimps“ stands for the quality required to guarantee the unadulterated taste of a first-class giant tiger prawn.
