In our modern but­cher shop, we pro­cess ani­mals «nose to tail» into first-class meat­lo­af, sau­sa­ge spe­cial­ties such as the ZSC brat­wurst or the popu­lar «Zufikerli», meat­lo­af, bur­ger pat­ties, sau­sa­ge meat balls, and much more. In 2022, we were crow­ned «Switzerland’s most popu­lar but­cher shop» by Falstaff and were able to defend this tit­le in 2023, 2024, and 2026.
